Like all other RPGs ever made, Don’t Wake Up! is an action game using the LUMEN system in which the protagonists of the story use their awesome powers to fight an army of foes who have emerged from the collective nightmares of the human race. Your basic RPG, in other words.
The main characters of the game are Sleepwalkers, people who have the ability to manifest their dreams while they sleep; in this state, they become an avatar of their sleeping mind and bend reality around themselves to conform to their dreamscape.
As well as the usual dice, papers and pencils, the game also uses some deck-building mechanics and a card drafting system that varies the powers your protagonist has in each battle.
This game is Illuminated by LUMEN, based on the LUMEN RPG system designed by Spencer Campbell, Gila RPGs. This game is in no way affiliated with Spencer Campbell or Gila RPGs.
